Posting her new Instagram story, the reality babe looked bustier than ever, but kept her tiny waist wrapped up following bum lift surgery.
The Celebrity Big Brother star has made no secret that she has had more work done.
She has just had fat removed from her waist and injected into her bottom.
The star is a fan of cosmetic surgery, having gone under the knife several times.
In the new video she is also wearing what looks like a bandage, following a recent nose job she had done.

Using a Snapchat filter that added animal ears and a high-pitched voice, the busty brunette said: "I was just looking at my Instagram and I realised I haven't posted anything in ages, but to let you know, I'm still alive, I'm still here."
Talking about her recent cosmetic surgery, she said: "Any messages about my surgery, guys, just to let I'm totally fine, I'm recovering."
But she added: "I can't talk about it right now as I have an exclusive deal with a magazine, but I can talk about it after that."
Meanwhile, following the procedure last week, Chloe uploaded a snap of herself wearing a corset - only for her to then delete the image without explanation.
She shared a photo of herself wearing the tight body piece and wrote the following before dramatically deleting all: "I am blown away with everything."
She added: "Can't wait to show you my full results. Having a few no makeup days and peaceful recovery. YouTube vid will be up soon. Thanks so much elite for my waist, hips and booty on fleck #BBL #Upgrade."
Before she had the surgery, Chloe explained to her fans exactly what she was having done in an online video, saying: “I’m on my way to Elite after care, it is in Turkey so I’m going to jump on a quick flight, to go and get a Brazilian butt lift.
